Shipping

How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Eurozone, and all other countries, excluding the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom, we offer free shipping for orders over £100. Under £100, a non-refundable shipping fee of £6 applies.

How fast is shipping? Estimated delivery is typically 2–7 business days after an order ships. Duties and taxes are included at checkout where offered.

Returns

What is your return policy? Returns must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier, or returned to a store, within 30 days of the delivery date. A return shipping fee applies to mailed returns (one fee per order). In-store returns, Instant RefCredit, exchanges, and Friends with Benefits members who keep at least one item from the order have no return shipping fee.

Items must be in new condition with original tags. Final sale, vintage, lingerie, hosiery, apothecary, and swimwear without sanitary tags cannot be returned. See Returns for fees by country.

Size & fit

Reformation sizing is in US sizes. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. Petite styles are cut for 5'4" and under. See the size guide.
